[esnacc-dev] [PATCH] Fix EXTERNAL.single-ASN1-type type

Hi,

I'm really happy to see that the project has been revived and has a new home.

As adviced in https://github.com/esnacc/esnacc-ng/pull/41 here I'm sending 
only the changes in the asn.1 files
