[esnacc-dev] [PATCH] packaging: recommend installing esnacc from official Debian package

It is also important to remove the debian/ directory when building
release tarballs.

      I've applied this to master and also to branch-1.8.
      I will release 1.8.1 on Dec 1, 2016, since enough changes have
      taken place.

      I also added Balint's name to the AUTHORS file.  Welcome aboard.
