[esnacc-dev] [ANNOUNCEMENT] Patchwork Service available

There is now a patchwork service available at:
  http://patchwork.esnacc.org

This will monitor the dev mailing list for patch files, and archive them
in a way that tracks patches and their discussions.  Developers will not
be required to do anything other than submit their patches using
`git send-email` as they normally do for development.

Using patchwork for development will allow committers / maintainers to
work on patches as groups, manage review flow, etc.
