[esnacc-dev] [PATCH] cxxlib: Add ROSE definitions

Wow - two responses to a patch in short order.  I can't ignore the will
of the community :).  Therefore...

We now have a start to a ROSE library.  Huge thanks to Stephen and the
developers at estos for the initial work.  I hope that the rest of the
work makes it into 1.9 for this year's release.
